How Does It Work?

Listening Instructions
Binaural Beats require stereo headphones. Monaurals and Isochronics do not. But if comfortable headphones are available, definitely use them with any recording. If headphones are not available, position your speakers on either side of you. For full effects, you should lay down in a quiet location, relax your eyes, and play the recording. Adjust the volume loud enough that you can hear the sounds clearly, but not loud enough to bother you. Let your mind and body relax as you focus on the sounds. Try not to fight the feelings, but go with it.

It is not recommended to listen while you do your daily activities because you will be nullifying the effects. When you are awake and active, your mind is in Beta. Since the recordings want your mind to enter lower zones, your brain will block the frequencies to stay alert and in Beta.
