You can unlock the keys to the universe and the all-knowing by believing and by living as though you already possess the powers that at present you only wish you have. Psychic notions come from unexplained means, not from your brain leading your thoughts. Everything in the Universe is a vibration. Tapping into universal vibrations will open the door to a higher knowing. To fully develop your powers of ESP you need to be in tune with these vibrations. The best thing that you can do to for yourself is to make sure that you are in the right frame of mind before you start to work on developing your psychic powers. - Quiet your mind down by eliminating loud and distracting noises around you. Perhaps you can turn on some sweet sounding melody in the background to help you relax. Pay attention to your thoughts and be open to what the universe is telling you. Don't let your mind rush on with rapidly changing thoughts or drag them out by analyzing stuff. If your mind starts to do that than picture in your mind a tree with limbs gently blowing in the wind or some other image that will center you once again. This practice will help you ground yourself and will open you up to psychic information.
- Connect and visualize energy forms, then learn how to distinguish between different kinds of energies. Thought energy, positive energy, negative energy etc. Finally learn how to tune into the energy field you select. Be aware of incoming messages that come to you from the outside. Learn to discipline your mind to be able to tune into and receive these messages.
- Practice guessing who is going to call or who is on the phone calling you when the phone rings. When you are talking on the phone try to picture what they are wearing, where they are standing, and what they are doing. Whose knocking at the door, what do they want? Try to guess.
- Record your dreams. If you can't remember your dreams than tell yourself just before you go to bed at night. "I will remember what I dream." When you wake up write down your dream experiences. By doing so you will open yourself up to recalling dreams that you may have had in the future. Think about that!
