Compliancy For Affiliates
Unexplainable
Enterprises LLC's products are sold by Clickbank under the fictitious
name "The Unexplainable Store", as registered in Pennsylvania. Both The
Unexplainable Store and Clickbank are within the USA, so these FTC
regulations apply to ALL affiliates whether located in the USA or not.
But Don't Worry..
These regulations are here to protect consumers and poses no problems.
Our pre-built
templates and landing pages are FTC Compliant and include a transparency
disclosure in the text. The FTC wants affiliates to reveal your
affiliation with the vendor they are promoting. So it is mandatory to
tell readers you receive commissions for sales. But this isn't a bad
thing at all. Customers like honesty and you can use your creative
juices to actually make it a positive selling point. Check our

Testimonials should
reflect what the average user should expect. But if your sales page is
telling about your personal views and experiences, it is not a
testimonial.. Your pages should not blatantly lie or make claims that
are beyond normal. Here are some examples:

You get the
picture.. These kinds of statements look scammy and do not represent
the average user's experiences. They appear to be deceptive and should
be avoided.
What Is OK To
Say

Projected the First Week While Using The Recordings. (Only If it is true
of course)
. Bob C. Writes- Most relaxing experience I ever experienced. I can
sense the Power Already! (Only If Real of Course)
Do you see how
there is no outlandish promise? Be real to your customers and you will
win their respect. These regulations do not limit selling strategies and
angles. They actually prevent refunds! So let your creative juices flow.
Just do it in a respectable manner.
Just to be
perfectly clear, all affiliates are legally bound to Clickbank's
Operating Agreement, as our products are sold by Clickbank.
Unexplainable Enterprises receives no personal Affiliate Data from
Clickbank besides sale notifications and statistics on their web
interface. We make it clear to affiliates that we expect FTC compliancy
and provide templates that disclose affiliate relations with the vendor.
